​LAI Group was engaged in 2014 to deliver a fully integrated switchboard and automation solution for the VCCC North Project. By utilizing multiple manufacturing sites across states, we met a tight delivery schedule while integrating PLCs, HMIs, remote I/O, and redundant fire rings directly into the switchboards—allowing off-site commissioning and reduced on-site integration. We also successfully connected the new system to the live PLC network of the existing Royal Melbourne Hospital.​
