LAI Group was responsible for the complete design, fabrication, and assembly of a transportable switchroom solution to support operations for the Charlie Development in the Surat Basin, Queensland. Working closely with key stakeholders across multiple locations, LAI Group managed rigorous quality assurance processes, documentation requirements, and inspections. Structural components were fabricated in Adelaide, with final assembly, fit-out, and wiring completed at our Brisbane facility—delivering a fully integrated solution that met strict project specifications and stakeholder expectations.
