Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: Epping, Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a clean, welcoming environment

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate documentation and filing
  • Organise internal events, including staff birthday celebrations and team gatherings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude
