Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Epping, Melbourne
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area to ensure a clean, welcoming environment
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Process invoices and ensure accurate documentation and filing
- Organise internal events, including staff birthday celebrations and team gatherings
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude
