LAI Group was engaged to deliver a fully engineered switchroom solution for a major industrial facility, designed to meet high-capacity motor control and power distribution demands. The project included dual Motor Control Centres (MCCs), Power Factor Correction units, Variable Speed Drives, isolator infrastructure, and a PLC-based automation system using Allen Bradley ControlLogix. Built to Safety Category 3 of AS 4024.1501, the system featured fault-tolerant, safety-rated contactors. This project showcases LAI Group’s capability to deliver complex, high-reliability industrial solutions with a strong focus on safety, performance, and scale.
